3.3 Once a booking is confirmed, you are bound by the cancellation and refund policy specified by the provider. WTIKC is not responsible for any disagreements between users and providers.
3.4 Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the provider’s terms and may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on Stripe’s processing times.
